Exception Processing Services

Exception Processing Services are performed as part of The GTESS System™ and can be provided as a service from GTESS.  Due to the flexibility of GTESS, clients may elect to perform these services themselves.

The GTESS System is designed to perform data extraction and enhancement using technology in place of a labor-based model. A minimal staffing component is employed to ensure that all technology works as expected and to meet service level agreements.

The exception processing and audit are the only functions of The GTESS System requiring human labor to verify the performance of The GTESS subsystems. These functions are based on basic statistical process control methodology. This function involves the visual inspection of a small amount of data on selected fields identified through our systems for quality assurance.
