sherry schmidtMs. Schmidt is responsible for providing the highest quality and most timely service for all GTESS operations teams. Ms. Schmidt manages personnel in each of the Company's onshore exception processing locations and mailroom locations, as well as certain partner relationships, in support of GTESS' quality and responsiveness commitments. She also supports GTESS Product Development and Client Services teams through design and testing of new products, system enhancements and functional improvements. Ms. Schmidt has been with GTESS since 2001 and has more than 20 years of significant claims operations experience in the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining GTESS, she held various operational positions within third-party administrator (TPA) organizations including Healthcare Benefits (a subsidiary of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas) for six years and TPA of Texas (Travelers Plan Administrators) for five years. She has served in Claims Adjudication, Operations Supervisory and Management positions, Benefits Analyst, Electronic Claims Coordinator, PPO and HMO Development and Process Management Support.
