Donna Taylor
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Taylor is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with GTESS' services, system implementations and on-going support. She directs the Company's integrated account management function, through which high quality premium services are defined and delivered to its customers. Ms. Taylor has been with GTESS since 2000 and has more than 20 years experience in the healthcare industry in both information technology and claims processing.

Prior to joining GTESS, she served as senior manager of information systems for HealthCare Benefits, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas (a RIMS system user). There, she was responsible for all areas of information services, networking for the company's users and cross-state offices, RIMS/HP UNIX system maintenance enhancements, disaster recovery, contingency planning, workflow reengineering, as well as all overall efficiencies related to automation.

Ms. Taylor holds a bachelor's degree in computer science.
