Kevin P. Naughton
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Naughton is responsible for directing the company's financial plans and programs; supporting the strategic and business planning processes; and acting as a key liaison to current and future shareholders in the financial markets.

Before rejoining GTESS in 2011, Mr. Naughton was CFO and Chief Operating Officer of Pavilion Technologies in Austin, Texas, a privately held enterprise optimization software company. Prior to that, he was CFO with S2 Systems in Dallas, Texas, a provider of software and services to the financial and healthcare markets and a subsidiary of Stratus Computer Corporation. Prior to his employment with S2, he held finance and accounting positions with Stratus Computer and Computervision Corporation.

Mr. Naughton received a bachelor's degree in accounting and earned a Master's of Business Administration in finance and marketing at Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.
