Phase 1:

Project Planning and
Requirements Gathering

GTESS partners with the client's team to review roles, project plan, benchmarks and deliverables.

Phase 2:

Development and Testing

Workflow, EDI interfaces, edits, mailroom procedures, and document management processes are documented and implemented, and iterative testing is conducted.

Phase 3:

Low-Volume Production

GTESS begins processing small batches of client claims through the production system. The client accepts and processes these claims using their production system and personnel. During this phase, system edits are made as needed to continually improve auto-adjudication rates.

Phase 4:

Full-Volume Production

Claim volume is sent to GTESS. Additional edits are implemented, as needed, to continually improve auto-adjudication rates. Production-level customer service and quality auditing begin.
