GTESS Corporation Appoints Chief Financial Officer

(Richardson, Texas -- March 14, 2003) – GTESS Corporation, a leading provider of outsourced business process services to the healthcare industry, announced the appointment of Kevin P. Naughton as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Naughton will oversee the company’s financial plans and programs, support the strategic and business planning processes and be a key liaison to current and future shareholders in the financial markets.

In announcing this appointment, GTESS CEO and President Deborah Gage, said, "As we experience continuous growth, Kevin’s broad range of finance and accounting expertise will further support our efforts to raise a new round of capital, expand our customer base, and increase revenues."

Kevin was previously CFO and Chief Operating Officer of Pavilion Technologies in Austin, Texas, a privately held enterprise optimization software company. Prior to that, he was CFO with S2 Systems in Dallas, Texas, a provider of software and services to the financial and healthcare markets and a subsidiary of Stratus Computer Corporation. Prior to his employment with S2, he held finance and accounting positions with Stratus Computer and Computervision Corporation. Mr. Naughton received a bachelors degree in accounting and an MBA in finance and marketing from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.
