GTESS Corporation Appoints Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
May 11, 2005 (Richardson, TX) GTESS Corporation, a leading provider of business process outsourcing services for the healthcare industry, today announced that the Company has appointed Andrea Overman as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Overman is an experienced senior leader with more than 25 years experience in strategic planning, marketing, sales operations and organization redesign – 20 years of which have been spent in the healthcare industry.

About Andrea Overman
Ms. Overman joins GTESS from VHA Inc., a national cooperative of not-for-profit health care organizations. She served a variety of roles in her 12 years at VHA, most recently as Senior VP of Marketing. Prior to that, Ms. Overman was a VP in VHA's Care Continuum Services division, and a Senior Director and Director of Marketing for VHA's Pharmacy Business Unit. Before joining VHA, she held marketing and sales management positions at Mallinckrodt Medical, Inc. (a division of Tyco Healthcare) in St. Louis, MO. Ms. Overman holds a BA in Journalism from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
