GTESS Appoints VP, Business Development
November 25, 2003 GTESS Corporation (Richardson, TX),
a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions to
the healthcare industry, announced the appointment of James F.
Souders as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Souders
has more than 20 years of experience in sales, account management
and business development within the healthcare payer industry. In
his new role, Mr. Souders will spearhead the Companys business
development and channel sales program, including building and
maintaining strategic vendor relationships in support of the GTESS
strategy to consistently broaden its outsourced solution to healthcare
payers and network providers.
This latest addition to the GTESS sales team is yet another
example of the Companys commitment to aggressively expand
its sales, account management and business development initiatives
by attracting the most experienced, professional talent in the
industry, said John McGahey, GTESS VP of Sales and Account
Management. Jims track record of success is unparalleled

our team.
Mr. Souders joins GTESS from Newbridge Information Services,
Inc. of Dallas, Texas, a provider of business process outsourcing
solutions and document lifecycle management services, where he
served as Vice President of Marketing, Sales & Account Services.
Prior to Newbridge, he was President and CEO of Souders &
Associates, Inc., a healthcare marketing and consulting practice,
specializing in providing specialized marketing and business development
services to national managed care organizations, payers and healthcare
companies.
Mr. Souders also served as the Executive Director
of Florida Health, L.C., a start-up managed care organization
owned by the 25 leading hospitals and health care systems in Florida,
responsible for new business development, financial management
and operations of the statewide PPO. Previously, Mr. Souders
served as Vice President, Eastern Region for Equifax Healthcare
Administrative Services; Divisional Vice President of Sun Health
Corporation; and as Chief Executive Officer/Administrator of Harrison
Memorial Hospital and the Central Kentucky Health Delivery Network,
Inc.
Mr. Souders holds a Masters Degree in Hospital and Health
Administration from Xavier University, in Cincinnati, Ohio and
a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati,
in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also a fellow in the American
College of Healthcare Executives.
