GTESS and Eldorado Computing Form Strategic Alliance to Offer Complete Claims Processing Solution to Healthcare Payers

Richardson, TX – June 14, 2004 – GTESS Corporation, a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions to the healthcare industry, and Eldorado Computing Inc., a nationally recognized provider of health benefits management solutions to healthcare payers, announced the signing of a strategic partnership to offer a comprehensive, automated, receipt-to-adjudication claims processing solution. The new offering will be launched at Eldorado Computing’s Annual User Group Seminar, June 13th – 16th in Phoenix, Arizona.

According to the terms of this agreement, GTESS and Eldorado will jointly deploy their sales, marketing and business development resources to market this solution that comprises the GTESS “virtual front end” and the Eldorado HEALTHpac claim adjudication engine. In addition, both parties agree to support a standardized implementation process and data exchange utilizing the HIPAA-compliant X12 837 4010 EDI format.
