GTESS Names Managed Care Executive to Board

September 2, 2003 GTESS Corporation (Richardson, TX), a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions to the healthcare industry, today announced the appointment of Mr. Rick Lee to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Lee serves as Vice President of Quality Oncology, a specialty managed care company in McLean, Virginia and a division of Matria, Inc.

Prior to Quality Oncology, Mr. Lee was the founder and CEO of Accountable Oncology Associates, Inc., that was later merged with Quality Oncology. Prior to that, Lee held senior management positions in sales, marketing, strategic development and operations during ten years of service with Value Health, Inc. of Avon, Conn. He is also a director of PayerPath, Inc., a provider of internet-based, value-added financial transaction services to healthcare providers and payers.
