GTESS Corporation announces New Headquarters; Mailroom Facility

(Richardson, Texas -- October 28, 2002) – GTESS Corporation, a provider of outsourced business process services to the healthcare industry, announced new headquarters and mailroom services facilities. The Company has begun operations in these facilities in the Richardson, Texas telecom corridor, offering its healthcare clients significantly upgraded computing, connectivity and mailroom services capabilities.

GTESS’ main office features 14,700 square feet of finished office, conference, technical development and data center space. The 400-square-foot data center has more than 75 servers, upgraded claims storage capacity and multiple, redundant T-1 Internet connections. The Company’s plans call for a doubling of data center capacity as its claims processing volume grows.

At the separate mailroom services facility, GTESS employees handle thousands of paper claims daily at the intake point of the paper-to-electronic claims conversion process. This facility, which has high-speed, point-to-point connectivity with the main office, has the potential for significant expansion.
