Client Services Manager
Ms. Walls is responsible for coordinating and overseeing system implementations for new clients and the installation of additional services for existing clients. She acts as a single point of contact between GTESS clients and its internal departments, ensuring customer quality and satisfaction during system implementations and throughout the operational relationship. On a day-to-day basis, Ms. Walls researches and resolves issues for her clients and works closely with members of client organizations to assure they maximize the value of the GTESS front-end solution. Ms. Walls brings more than 12 years of healthcare payer experience to her position at GTESS, which she joined in 2000. Prior to GTESS, she served for three years as a supervisor in the Billing and Eligibility department of HealthCare Benefits (a subsidiary of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas) where she implemented an electronic file update project. While at HealthCare Benefits, she served on the contingency planning committee, THIRP (Texas Health Insurance Risk Pool), and handled the development of its corporate COBRA processes and related staff training. She held several other positions there, including Coordinated Membership Units and Quality Control Analyst. Ms. Walls attended Eastfield Community College and East Texas State University, in Texas.
