Kevin Jerome
Vice President, Account Management
Mr. Jerome is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with GTESS’ installed systems and services. He provides strategic services during the system specification phase, as well as acts in a coordinative role to ensure tactical system and service delivery. Mr. Jerome is responsible for strategic and tactical delivery of account management to GTESS clients. He has been with GTESS for nearly two years and has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry in health plan operations and provider network administration.
Prior to joining GTESS he spent more than 10 years with Coventry Health Care and several of its predecessors, including Principal Health Care and SouthCare. There he served in various capacities including directing Coventry’s leased network business unit, identifying and leading the integration of acquired provider networks into Coventry’s proprietary networks (CCN and SouthCare), business development and provider contracting. Mr. Jerome previously worked with one of the nation’s largest benefit administrators, First Health. His other experience includes public accounting and auditing, including several years with Deloitte and Touche. Mr. Jerome received a bachelor’s degree from the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California and an MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
