Pamela Bower
Vice President, Account Management
Ms. Bower is responsible for maintaining successful client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in post-implementation account management activities. Her experience of more than 20 years spans the healthcare provider and payer segments and covers all aspects of healthcare revenue cycle management, from claim generation through EOB payment and reconciliation.
Most recently, Ms. Bower was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase and was responsible for developing strategic alliances in the Healthcare Banking Solutions Group. Ms. Bower’s efforts resulted in joint marketing agreements for services such as automating the processing of paper and electronic EOB’s, payment reconciliation, and connectivity management between payers and providers. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Ms. Bower was a regional sales director at GTESS, a position she held for more than nine years. In that role, she was responsible for lead generation, new business development and account management. Preceding GTESS, Ms. Bower was employed for 10 years with BancTec, a global provider of image and non-image integrated financial transaction processing systems, and held a variety of sales, marketing, system Implementation and support roles.
Ms. Bower earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with a minor in Information Systems from the State University of New York, College at Buffalo. |
